The Institute of World Business Law of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) will held the seminar "Study of a mock case under the ICC Rules of Arbitration" from 5 to 8 of December 2003.
Working in small groups in an interactive simulation with international experts -including key persons involved in the drafting and implementation of the ICC Rules of Arbitration - participants develop first-hand experience and knowledge of the new rules, essential in today's international business.
The seminar will meet the practical needs of those involved in international trade and will simulate the procedure of an ICC arbitration, highligting differences in cultures and legal practices.
Participants: Lawyers, business people and corporate counsel from companies involved in international trade.
