TG Technologies

TG Technologies been founded in 1996. TG key business is the following: consulting, software and engineering. They develop and commercialize products which basically use advanced technologies such as: neural networks, bayesian networks and mobile agents. Main competence areas are: electronic commerce, telecommunication, finance, and automotive.


Department of Information Systems and Computing - Brunel University (UK)

Housed within the Department are research Centres which will provide the environment for this project. First, the Centre for Applied Simulation Modelling (CASM), which has developed the problem-exploration and process modelling techniques used in the main line of this research. Second, are two thematic groups-Information Systems Evaluation, and the Internet and Electronic Commerce-which operate under the umbrella of The Centre for Strategic Information Systems (CSIS).


Department of Ingegnería Informática e delle Telecomunicazioni - University of Catania (Italy)

University of Catania is a non-profit public university and it does not pursue commercial aims. Its interests concern educational activities and research activities aimed at enhancing the expertise of the researchers into new advanced technologies. It currently counts about 60,000 students. The Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications belongs to the Faculty of Engineering. The Institute has got three informal sections, which roughly cover the following areas: Computer Science, Telecommunications, Magnetics. The research group which participate into the E-Arbitration-T Project consists of the Computer Science subgroup working in the fields of Distributed Systems and Computer Networks (MDSLab).


Cuatrecasas SL - Attorneys at law (Spain)

Cuatrecasas was founded in 1917. It is now one of the largest independent law firms in Spain, offering a full range of specialized services to national and multinational companies, financial institutions, governments and private individuals. Has offices in most of the larger Spanish cities and also in Brussels.

The firm has more than 400 lawyers, including university professors, public officials, magistrates, district attorneys and counsel for several political institutions.


The Arbitration and Conciliation Chamber of Catania (Italy)

The Arbitration and Conciliation Chamber of Catania is a non-profit Association and it does not pursue commercial aims. Its interests deal with the development of the arbitral proceeding. The Arbitration Chamber of Catania has been found in Catania on 20th of June 1995. The members of the Chamber are all the people that wish to be part of an arbitration board. They must be lawyers, notaries, accountants and part-time judges. As now the Arbitration Chamber of Catania has 78 members.


The Spanish Digital Law and Economy Association - ADR Tribunal (Spain)

The Spanish Digital Law and Economy Association (AEDED) is a non-profit organization, set up in Spain in March 2000.

The E-Global ADR Tribunal provides two systems of commercial Arbitration:

  • the traditional arbitration system;
  • the micro-arbitration system, which objective is increasing the level of security, trust and credibility in transactions done on the Internet, Web-TV, EDI-VAN, business partners nets, mobile telephone system and UMTS, cross-certification, etc. That is to say, in all networked technological environments and technologies that facilitate electronic commerce and digital markets.
